A PLL FM TRANSMITTER FROM 1985

Here's a fully screened synthesized PLL transmitter from the Bias Comms network in London. This is a straight forward configuration with oscillator/amplifier/driver/output. All stages run at the the fundamental output frequency so care had to be taken to avoid problems when used with large power amplifiers. This is a good example of RF construction with screening between the various stages and double sided PCB for a superior ground plane.
